3. How we use your information

We use personal data only to:

  • reply to enquiries and prepare estimates, service orders, agreements and employment contracts;
  • match and assign suitable staff, manage the service, and arrange replacements;
  • send signing links, invoices and service updates by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email;
  • issue invoices, record payments and keep the accounts and tax records the law requires;
  • verify staff documents, keep the people we serve safe, and protect our systems against misuse and fraud.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

4. Consent and lawful use

We process personal data with your consent, which you give when you send an enquiry, sign an agreement, or provide your details and documents to us, and where the law otherwise permits it, such as for employment purposes or to comply with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 8). This does not affect processing already carried out, and we may need to stop a service that depends on it.

5. Who we share it with

  • Clients receive the details of the staff assigned to them that they need for the service, such as name, contact number and role. Staff pay and personal documents are not shared with clients.
  • Staff receive the client details they need to do the work, such as name, service address, schedule and care needs. Client charges are not shared with staff.
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and email delivery, in the Mumbai region, India). When we message you by WhatsApp or SMS, the message is sent through those services from our own device.
  • Authorities, when we are required to by law or to protect a person's safety.

6. Where and how we protect it

Our systems are hosted on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Staff documents are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived secure links. Access is limited to authorised AuzioCloud staff signed in with individual accounts, and important actions are recorded in an audit trail. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Signed agreements, employment contracts, invoices and payment records are kept for the periods required by tax, GST, employment and other applicable laws. Enquiries that do not lead to a service are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed. When data is no longer required we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • erase it, unless we must keep it by law (for example signed agreements and tax records);
  • stop using it where you withdraw consent;
  • record a person you nominate to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so.

To make a request or raise a concern, contact our Grievance Officer (section 11). We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
