Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 September 2026

These terms apply when you use auziostaffing.com, including our enquiry form, electronic signing links and invoice pages, all operated by AuzioCloud Private Limited (CIN U78100KL2025PTC091545), registered office Thalachira, Meenachil, Kottayam, Kerala 686652, India ("AuzioCloud India", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Our services

AuzioCloud India provides staffing and support services, including caregivers, home support staff, drivers and general staffing. Information on this website is general and is not an offer. Every service we provide is governed by the written agreement signed for that service; if anything on this website differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.

2. Enquiries and estimates

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Estimates are based on the services, quantities, rates and period described in them; invoices are based on the services actually provided under your agreement.

3. Electronic signing and records

You may review and sign agreements and contracts electronically using a link we send you. By signing this way you agree to do business electronically. Contracts formed electronically are recognised under section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. When you sign, we record the name you sign with, your signature, the date and time, your IP address and device details, and keep a copy of the signed document. Signing links are personal to you; please do not forward them, and tell us straight away if you receive a link meant for someone else.

4. Payments

Invoices are payable as stated on the invoice and in your agreement, by UPI or bank transfer to the details shown on our invoice page. Before paying, please check that the payee is AuzioCloud Private Limited, and keep your payment reference. A payment is confirmed once we have recorded it.

5. Using the website

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website lawfully. You must not try to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or collect data from it by automated means. The staff login is for authorised AuzioCloud personnel only.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and software of this website belong to AuzioCloud Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use but may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

7. Other websites and apps

Our website may link to or open other services, such as WhatsApp, your email app or UPI apps. We are not responsible for those services, and their own terms apply.

8. Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our responsibilities for the services we provide are set out in your agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kochi (Ernakulam), Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them, unless your agreement for a service says otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. Questions: in.info@auziocloud.com · +91 9946 010 455.
